SR Offer Bar 05

This offer bar renders a two-column layout with a heading, rich text description, and one CTA button on one side, and a supporting image surrounded by five decorative animated ring circles on the other.

Pick it over the other offer bars when you want that ringed, orbiting-circles visual treatment around the image, which is unique to this variant versus the plain image versions in 01 through 03 and the background-image version in 04. It expects a supporting image and reads best when the ring color is set to contrast against the background.
