Disconnect Sprocket Rocket from HubSpot
Remove a portal connection or delete a Sprocket Rocket account.
Disconnecting a portal stops Sprocket Rocket from managing that HubSpot account. It does not remove themes, modules, pages, or templates already installed in HubSpot.
Before disconnecting, finish or cancel active installation and update jobs, record any needed installation details, and confirm who will maintain the installed assets.
Delete the portal in Sprocket Rocket
Organization owners and admins can open the portal and select Delete portal under Portal settings, then confirm. This removes the portal from your organization, together with its installations, AI chats, and the other app data Sprocket Rocket keeps for it. HubSpot files are not changed. If the same HubSpot account is connected to another organization, that connection is not affected.
When no other organization connects the HubSpot account, deleting the portal also uninstalls Sprocket Rocket from it in HubSpot, and HubSpot emails the account's admins. Portals brought over from the previous Sprocket Rocket app keep the app installed; uninstall it in HubSpot if you no longer need it.
Deleting an organization does the same for each of its portals.
Uninstall the app in HubSpot
You can also uninstall Sprocket Rocket from HubSpot directly. Do this for a HubSpot account that another organization still connects, or one brought over from the previous app. You need permission to manage connected apps in that HubSpot account.
- In HubSpot, click the settings icon in the top navigation bar.
- In the left sidebar, go to Integrations > Connected Apps.
- Find Sprocket Rocket, click Actions, then click Uninstall.
- In the dialog, type uninstall and click Uninstall.
Sprocket Rocket disappears from Connected Apps, and HubSpot stops accepting its connection. Themes, modules, pages, templates, and files already installed stay in HubSpot and keep working on your live site. In Sprocket Rocket, every organization's portal for that account shows Reconnect required the next time the app tries the connection. Its installations and AI chats stay in Sprocket Rocket until you reconnect or select Delete portal.

Delete your account
Deleting your Sprocket Rocket account is separate and can affect access beyond one portal. To delete it, open your account settings, select General, select Delete account, and confirm. Open the account deletion walkthrough before choosing that option.
