SR Offer Bar 04
This module renders a single centered card with a heading, rich text description, and one CTA button, with no image, form, stats, or countdown timer in the layout.
Pick it over the other offer bars when you want a plain text-and-button card rather than a two-column split, and it can optionally be set to fill the full screen height for emphasis. It expects short promotional copy and a single call to action, and works best when no visual or media element is needed.
