SR Offer Bar 02

This offer bar renders a two-column strip with an optional small bling image, one heading, a rich text description, and a single CTA button in the right column, using an 8/4 width split by default.

Pick it over sr-offer-bar-03 and sr-offer-bar-06 when you want full control over both columns independently, since each side has its own breakpoint, width, offset, and order settings plus a shared vertical alignment control. It has no background image, countdown, stats, or form, so treat it as a slim adjustable promo row rather than a hero or lead-gen block.
