Connect a Marketplace purchase
Have the app recognize a Core or Stack theme bought in the HubSpot Marketplace.
A Core or Stack purchase made in the HubSpot Marketplace counts in the app. Connect the portal where the theme was bought and the app assigns the matching portal license. You do not buy it again.
- Create or sign in to your Sprocket Rocket account and open your organization.
- Connect the HubSpot portal where the Marketplace theme was purchased. You can also start from the Sprocket Rocket app in the HubSpot Marketplace: select Install, sign in, choose the Organization, and select Continue to HubSpot. Only an organization's owners and admins can connect a portal to it.
- Open that portal in the app. It detects the Core or Stack purchase, assigns the matching portal license, and shows Marketplace purchase detected. If the portal already has the same or a higher license, nothing changes.
- Decide how you want to build. For a new site, create an installation so the app installs its own theme. For a site already built on the Marketplace theme, adopt the theme so you can work on its pages in Page Builder, by hand or with Sprocket Rocket AI, and see Module Builder with a Marketplace theme.
What the license does not include
Recognizing a purchase assigns the portal license only. It does not add a Sprocket Rocket AI subscription or unlock every PRO module. It also does not change the Marketplace theme or move any pages; see why the app installs a separate theme.
The license does not appear
Confirm that you connected the portal where the purchase was made and that its HubSpot connection is working. The app detects the purchase from the Core or Stack theme in the portal's @marketplace folder, so the theme must still be installed there. The Free Marketplace theme does not assign a license. Reopen the portal to retry detection. If it still shows the wrong plan, contact support with the portal ID and purchase details before buying another license.
