HubSpot Breeze agents
Let a Breeze agent in HubSpot list and read your pages and edit page drafts through Sprocket Rocket.
Sprocket Rocket gives HubSpot's Breeze agents four actions, so an agent working in your portal can find pages, read them, see which modules it can use, and edit a page's draft. The agent acts as you, with the access you have in Sprocket Rocket.
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| List Sprocket Rocket pages | Lists the portal's website and landing pages, newest first, with each page's state, live URL and theme. Filter by words, type or state. |
| Get Sprocket Rocket page | Reads one page's draft: its settings, the modules on it with their fields, and the token an edit needs. |
| List Sprocket Rocket modules | Lists the modules a page on the portal's Sprocket Rocket theme can use, and which ones the portal's plan locks. |
| Edit Sprocket Rocket page draft | Changes a draft's modules in one batch: add, move, remove or fill in modules, and change sections and columns. |
What's included
- It comes with Sprocket Rocket AI. The actions work only for an organization with the subscription. Without it, the agent is told so and given the link where an owner or admin can subscribe. See Pricing.
- The agent does the thinking, so the actions don't use your AI budget. Breeze runs the agent on HubSpot's side; Sprocket Rocket only reads and edits the page.
Who the agent acts as
HubSpot tells Sprocket Rocket which portal the agent runs in and the email you're signed in to HubSpot with. Sprocket Rocket acts as the member with the same email, so:
- Your HubSpot login email must match your Sprocket Rocket email, and that email must be verified in Sprocket Rocket. If it doesn't match, the agent is told to sign in to Sprocket Rocket with the same email, or to ask an owner or admin to invite you.
- You get exactly your own access. If you're a member who only sees some portals, the agent can't use the others. If you're removed from the organization, the agent loses access on its next call.
- Only the portal the agent runs in. A link to a page on another portal is refused, even one you can reach in Sprocket Rocket.
- More than one organization? If two of your organizations connect the portal and both have Sprocket Rocket AI, the agent asks you which one. Tell it the organization's name, and it calls again with that organization.
How edits work
- Drafts only. Edits go to the page's HubSpot draft, the same draft Page Builder shows. Nothing goes live: publish the page in Sprocket Rocket or HubSpot when you're happy with it.
- A restore point before every edit. To undo an edit, open Version history in Page Builder and select Restore. See Version history.
- No overwriting. The agent reads the page first, and an edit is refused if anyone changed the page since. The agent then reads it again and makes the change on the current draft.
- Modules the portal doesn't have yet are installed when the agent places them, as in Page Builder. If the install is still running, the agent is told to wait and try the same edit again.
- Every edit is recorded under your name, marked as made by a HubSpot agent.
Pages on other themes
The agent can read any page on the portal, whatever theme it's built on. It can only edit pages on a theme that's already in Sprocket Rocket. For a page on a theme Sprocket Rocket hasn't added, the agent is told to add the theme in Sprocket Rocket first, with a link to the portal. A page on a coded template that isn't part of any theme can be read but not edited.
What the agent can't do
- Publish a page, change its settings or type, or restore an earlier version. Do those in Sprocket Rocket.
- Build or change modules. Use Build and change modules in Page Builder, or MCP from your own AI app.
- Add a theme to Sprocket Rocket.
