System Pages

Overview

System page settings apply to Hubspot accounts with the following plans only: Marketing Hub Professional, Marketing Hub Enterprise, CMS Hub Starter, CMS Hub Professional, CMS Hub Enterprise, and Legacy Marketing Hub Basic.

Systems templates are used for certain types of pages generated automatically by HubSpot.

Templates included in the Sprocket Theme for System pages are:

  1. 404 Errror Page
  2. 500 Error Page
  3. Password Prompt Page
  4. Search Results Page
  5. Subscription Preferences Page
  6. Subscription Confirmation Page
  7. Email Unsubscribe Page

Setup Instructions

  • In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon settings in the main navigation bar.
  • In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Website > Pages.
  • Click the System Pages tab. 
  • Click the corresponding dropdown menus to select your 404 error page, 500 error page, Password prompt page, and Search results page templates.

Editing System Pages in Hubspot

Currently, HubSpot doesn't support drag-and-drop customizations for the system pages.  Any customization for system page templates included in the theme would need to be done by a developer.
