Submit a Ticket
- To submit a ticket, simply email us your inquiries, problems, or issues atteam@sprocketrocket.co.
- To expedite your requests, fixes, and inquiries, please include useful information such as website links and screenshots. If possible, also include the Sprocket Rocket plan you are on (Free, Paid Theme, or Pro).
- For urgent requests, please include the word URGENT and the nature of the request in the subject line. For example, “URGENT: BUG FIX REQUEST.”
- We highly recommend submitting only one issue per ticket. This helps us separate inquiries and questions from bug tickets and could potentially help us not miss out on a question or point.
- In most cases, we will require temporary access to your HubSpot account in order to investigate and fix bugs. This is because there are unique bug instances on different portals, depending on client usage, settings, plan, and/or customizations.
- Bug fixes do not have a definite time range. Some bugs are easily fixed within one business day, while others can take anywhere from two to seven business days.
- We aim to respond to all tickets within one business day. If you have not received a response from us after two business days, please check your Spam folder.
