Creating Global Modules

A Global module is something like a navigation or footer that you want to be the same across a large number of pages across your site, you don't have to recreate it every time you build a new page.

Here is how to easily install a global module using the Sprocket Rocket App.

  • Open the Module panel and you can see all the modules install in your portal

  • For this example we are going to be using the SR Gallery 02 module.
  • Besides the module entry, Click on the Global toggle, and click Install Module.

  • It may take a few seconds to install after which you would see a banner at the top that the module has been installed.

  • And that's it, you are ready to use the global module!
  • In the page editor, the new Global variant of the module would have (global) suffix attached to its name.
