Adding Users

Adding users to Sprocket Rocket App is easy. SR Pro users can add up to 10 users to your account.

Hover on the user icon in the top right of the screen and navigate to Users

Click Add User

Enter their email and set their roles as either agency admin/ user and send invite.

  • Agency Admins: Agency Admin can see all portals added by Users / Agency Admins under the same account
  • Users: Users can only see the portal they add themselves

They'll receive an email to set up their account.

If you plan on giving a client access to Sprocket Rocket App as a User, it’s important that you invite him before adding the portal. We are actively working on how User Roles work inside of the app, but right now there are some limitations.

Note: Each user added will also need to link their Sprocket Rocket account to the HubSpot portal
